as for sat1 HD - check, must work now (SID was blacklisted)
P.S. You have dual-login, so only 1 server must work.
Check route to the server (using Win MTR software http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/) and see where is the problem. Probably, some internet problems - route to the server or problem with signal

1. Contact your internet provider and discuss this issue with them. The route is broken somewhere inbetween from your location to our server.
2. Be noted that sat1 HD is included only in HD+ package and if you are trying to open it within SkyDe, you will always fail. You need HD+ subscription
