please help bt sports, sentanta not working can anyone help me get these channels up and running

im using zgemma star 2s, running vix software,i don't know how to post my log file can u talk me through it
If it is not Linux based receiver, ask technical support of your receiver. Update firmware. Address support forum of your model.
its a enigma 2 Linux based system running vix 3.2.
the box is zgemma star 2 and im running mgcamd 1.38
all other channels are working but bt sports and setanta are not

BT , Santanta black for me also...system is fine...as only recently stopped receiving these channels and not altered anything..

I have changed to mgcamd 1.35 put X: { 09 60 } X: { 09 61 } into ignore list then put X: { 09 63 } into priority list restarted mgcamd but still bt sports and setanta not working. can you tell me how I get a log from my box so I can post it here for you.

You did quite OPPOSITE!
You need CAIDs 0960 and 0961 to be opened by your receiver. Why you prohibited them? You put them to ignore.list and sure, emulator will ignore them and will not open.
You must allow 0960 and 0961 placing them to priority list and 0963 - to ignore

Sorry M8....Just bought new receiver ...changed to Oscam....completely forgot about this issue..... 8)
I have done everything you have suggested and bt sports and setanta still not working.
I took out another servers subscription and these channels are working with them so I can only assume that the fault is with your server so I will not renew my subscription with your server
