Hi,

I know that yesterday there was problem with data center and in the evening everything ran Great. But from morning today I have again all programs blocked. I still have enough deposit Money on account. Can you please check out what is going on?thanks in advance.

thx Suma, what should I do to activate it? is it because the man I´m under registered has blocked me or somethimg similar?

You have to better know, if the man you are under has blocked you or not. Most probably, that your subscription (if any) is finished and you have to buy a new one. For this, you must have some money on your account. Select the package you need and buy it.
