i can't see sky italy, i bought vip hotbird and only sky italia does not work. have you a problem whit this package?! my friend have the same problem (account : gino58)
In SkyItalia, only SD channels are working. The package is a free bonus to VIP and is not 100% guaranteed.

You can do nothing and we can do nothing. Do you understand that the pack is a free bonus ans comes without guarantee? Which channels are not working for you? List them, plz

Same here the sky Italian channels are missing but like Suma said forget about it as they are not guaranteed. I have heard sky have changed some way these cards work so let's see what happens In any way I am well happy with what I have thanks again.

SkyItalia has been removed from the billing. It is not available any longer in any VIP. Delete the ports and don't load your receivers.
