Hi has anyone lost Sky Sports 1 and Nickelodeon? +1 work ok I am using the UK Sky package

Hi!
I have same problem with Sky Sports 1. I just bought UK package and not SS1... I try scan full satelitte was 4 or 5 SkySports 1 channels but all not works. Channels scrambled...

Have had a similar problem for several days until I realised that adding port XXX01 to my setup, which would not connect, was mucking up the whole setup.
Check for non connecting ports!
