Primary merchant for Visa/MasterCard (via SecurePays merchant)
i dont understand then, my top option say this "This merchant only for clients from EASTERN EUROPE and CIS. Clients from Western EU should use another merchant (SequrePays)."
never mind, i done the spicepay method much easier.
