as i already write in my text... i am new and want to purchase a subscribe but i cant find the right FAQ.

At the time when our service was just organized, there were no such models of receiver. Consequently, all FAQ items were written for the existing and most used receivers. There is hundreds and hundreds of receiver models, their clones, etc.in the world, and we have already discussed this issue that we cannot physically support all those receivers. In internet, there are specialized forums re:receivers and their particular models including CS-settings. Find them (Google) and read description of your model how to. We are not a school for newbies, sorry
