Title: Rules Violation No.9
Post by: petermarak09 on 02 August 2015, 18:10:50
Hi, I am running my receiver with CCam since it was started and had no problems. Now, it doesn't work anymore. Statistics is telling me that I violate against rule 9. But I do not have 2 Receivers. I only have 1.

The only thing which changed in the last weeks is my internet provider. Could that be a reason why it is not working for me anymore?

Hi,
Try using newcamd emulator (if available in your receiver) with cccam protocol.

HI, this is not available in my receiver. I don't understand why it is not possible anymore with CCam. It worked before for weeks...

Now I tried again with same settings I had before and it works again. Why is that?

Everything is possible. Ask your receiver or Internet provider about this

How many emulators are running in your receiver? Did you check it? Do you know in general - which emulators are supported by your receiver?
If I were you, I would check it 100 times. You do nothing, because you do not know your receiver. Sorry, we are not a school here. We just provide you with CS-settings and recommendations how to. However, you are using Cccam emulator. Did you ever read the topic which emu is recommended and which are not? Unlikely...
Learn your receiver and read the forum (start reading from FAQ).

My receiver is running one Emu...;) I checked it...And I know my Receiver. It was working all the time without me changing anything...I already tried switching to newcamd protocol with Mgcamd emu...still not working....same violation.I really don´t get it...

Earlier, I suggested you to try MgCamd emulator (newcamd) with cccam protocol. Have you tried?

The real problem had nothing to which protocol I had. The problem was, that I had two servers in the config files. So I deleted the backup server from my config and now it works since 1,5 weeks...
