I'm having a problem with the new backup servers which are introduced awhile ago. I updated my reader configuration according the news and the message on the server page. The configurations under the "my subscriptions" are giving me an instant warning in the connection history:
"Connections to back-up server were detected with the dual login option being active. It is strictly prohibited by the rules! You have to disconnect your receiver from the back-up server or disable the duallogin option."
I have no idea how I can disconnect to the server and I can't disable the dual login in my settings due to the active subscriptions. It would be great if someone could point me to the right direction or if a moderator can disable the dual login option in my account. Don't want to risk my account to get terminated.

So, do you have dual-login subscription(s) or not?
Is your receiver with 2 tuners onboard?
