They are not working with Polsat.
Polsat is working with CAID 1861 & ProvID 000000,007001,007101
HBO & HBO2 has CAIDs 0100, 0500, 0B01 and 1813 - 0B01 corresponds to NC+ (refer to the billing, My subscription: CAID 0B01&000000 & 0100&000068)
You must have NC+ subscription to open HBO and HBO2

I don't care what was working before, I show you the fact. In HBO and HBO2 there is no CAIDs as before, check it by yourself. And ask Polsat why they removed those CAIDs from the stream. Pay or not to pay - it's your choice.
