Title: Multiple rule violation
Post by: piagio2000 on 07 June 2015, 22:04:26
My account is showing multiple rule violations.

I have apparently broken 8,9,10,11 and 12!

I haven't done anything that is listed under these rules, and in fact I haven't made any changes to my receiver recently....everything is as before when I wasn't breaking any rules.

Could there be a reason for me breaking the rules I don't know about?
Could I have been hacked?

Could I have been hacked?

Either you switched the channels more than 500 times per day, or used PiP option of your receiver (which is strictly prohibited), or recorded and watched different channels at a time (which is also prohibited without dual-login subscription)

Hello,
user RobertAndrews has NO subscriptions. Are you sure that your subscriptions are still valid?

1. Are you reseller?
2. Is MIARE login familiar to you?
3. For MIARE, two subscriptions have been purchased:
Sky UK + ViewAsia + ZeeTV + BT Sport , no Irish 28E
Sky UK (no extra packs, no HD, no Irish channels) with the SAME login.
4. Have you ever read the rules? 1 receiver=1 account (1 login).
5. Your client (or you) connected 2 receivers (as you said, from 1 IP). It is not true. According to our server statistics, connections were made from different IP to the main and stand-by servers. Moreover, at the moment (JUST NOW!!!!), there are 2 simultaneous connections registered from different IPs from different countries. How is it possible? And you are trying to find the truth? The truth is that your client (or you) are not decent.
BAN is the result!

I have 2 receivers using the same cccam

This is THE MAIN RULE VIOLATION - 2 receivers with the same login and password.
For EACH receiver, 1 login shall be used only!
