Dear subscribers,

At night, from 7 to 8 April (from 23:00 to 02:00), server will be subject to maintenance (replacement of access cards for Viasat Baltic and UPC Direct packages due to card replacement by provider.
In UPC Direct package, instead of CAID 0D02 (Cryptoworks), a new CAID 0D97 (Iredto ICE) will be active, as for Viasat Baltic package, during 8-9 April, CAID 090F (Videoguard) will be replaced with CAID 093E (Videoguard).
All users failed to share packages automatically, are required to check and compare emulator settings provided in the billing. Also, be sure that CAID 093E  and  0D97 are not available in ignore.list and other emulator folders. For certain receivers where setup is manual, connections to the server shall be deleted and added then again.
Due to the maintenance requiring restart of the software, many users will face interruptions in CS.
We apologize for any inconvenience in advance and hope for your understanding. We'll do our best to minimize the time of your patience.

Try to delete everything you have and install again (at first, csc 4.0.0.1 - only this version supports Irdeto). If failed, Season_Net_client, Via_Net_Client
Don't install all clients together, test one by one

I recive my signal from You. I am not very tecnical. What can I do to fix the probleme?

I dont get a signal/picture on my TV fron Viasat Nordic 5 E.
If I restart/ reboot my box, I get a signal/picture on my TV. But after a few seconds the pictur frezes. It says no signal fron EMU or FTA.
I can understand that You have made som changes during the last 2 days, butI dont know what to do.
I am only a youser of Your services an a not wery tecnical!

If you have no signal even from FTA channels, why do you think that this is a matter of our server? Check your satellite dish.

I dont know why is says " signal from emu or fta" but I can tell You that much that if i reboot my box I have a signal/picture for a few seconds and after that the signal frezzes.
I can also get a picture from BBC World News on 5E. Therfore my satelitedisc is OK. Its only the coded programs I cant see.
I would hope You would try to help me. I have payed for a hole year in advance!

hello.

I also have problems with 4,8 east viasat .

I've signal from the dish .

The write server name but no picture .

I have 0.8 W digital ??? no problems.
