Title: freezers on sky deutschland and HD+

I have freezers since a few days on HD* and Sky deutschland.
connecting to to server 135ms till 3000ms(freezing on 700ms)
connect to biz server several times.
syslog attached.
Do you know what is wrong?
I have no violation since december 2014.

now I am banned no connection anymore.
I realy didn t change anything!
I m a client since oktober 2014, everything was allwrite untill today.

as you can see in the syslog, because of the freezers the cam was trying to connect to the biz server and sometimes to the main server.
Is this normal or can I do something?
Now it is working well after being disconnect from the server.
If you have any idea i will be great full.

Hi,

first of all I'm very satisfied with your service! But I've sometimes the same problems with freezers on Sky and HD+, I think since the new Caid 098C is active. Is there any chance to configure something, I'm using your config-Files for mgcamd 1.35.

Ich hatte das gleiche problem, habe das port 20104 (CAID 1833) gelöscht aus camdlist, auch aus backupserver biz.
Jetzt alles OK.
Nur ORF wird nicht decodiert, eine Idee?

ORF geht mit Emu, also passende SoftCam mit in den Keys-Ordner schieben. Soll wohl aber auch nur noch bis Ende März laufen...

Hi,

today at the Champions League on Sky Sport HD there were again some freezers (attached Logfile). Sometimes the response time is up to 5000ms from the server, I think this is the problem. Is there any chance to do something?

Connection to server up to 3000-4000ms! - The problem is in internet route. Responses must not exceed 600ms. Check the route to the server you are using. Somewhere on the route, there are package losses. For this, use MTR software for Windows and find out, where losses occur on the route.
If you are using WiFi, this is also can be a reason. For SkyDe, it is not recommended. Only stable internet connection.

MTR is a software to check the route to the server. Add server IP and you will see if the route to the server is clear or not.

@youpie: Ja entweder das oder es hat was mit der Umstellung der Sky-Karten auf die neue Caid zu tun :/

Suma, you asked if we've a connection to the backup-server: is it better to have the backup-connection always or should we try to disable it? I've VIP-All, so I've already disable the connections to the satellites I don't use (but I don't know if this makes sense?).

@ joerschen, internet über unitymedia? Suma meint mir gehen pakete verloren von unitymedia server zu mir. (Verbindung mehr als 3000ms)

Hab Internet über Vodafone und bin auch schon mehrere Jahre hier...gab zwar immer mal Freezer, aber in letzter Zeit war's halt häufiger. Kannst ja mal dieses We beim Fußball kucken wie's da aussieht, bin leider dann nicht da.
