Hi
I will be shortly changing broadband provider and my IP address will change, so i am not in violation of the rules which state you can only be connect by one IP address i am wondering what i should do before i change

Hi, change your provider and do nothing. If your IP is changed 5-10 times per day/night on a permanent basis - this is violation of rules.
In your case, there is no violation as this is one-time change of IP address.
