There is e-mail address for those who is going to pay via PayPal, have you contacted the person before paying?
Typically, it takes 1-2 days (longer if payment is maid on the week-end)

And why not a payment via PayPal accessed from the Czech Republic? Normally thus pay around the world and there is no problem.
