Title: Sorry to be a P.I.T.A
Post by: seabro on 05 February 2015, 22:10:53
Hi all,
Really sorry if this is a dumb question to you. I paid for a subscription last night and immediately everything worked.  I went out for an hour, came back and all channels scrambled.
I am using an Openbox / Skybox F5S clone.  I entered the server / username / password / port etc.  As I said, it was all working.
I have checked my account on cardsharingserver.com and it is in good standing, I have not broken any rules.
Any ideas why it broke?  First thing I should check?
I may go delete the servers, enter them again.
I confirmed I could watch youtube to test Internet connection, thats all working.
Any assistance appreciated.
Thanks.

I paid for something I am not receiving. There are no contact details on cardsharingserver.com so I can't contact them.  I will order somewhere else and contact my credit card company to get my $10 back.

Hi,
1. To check the history of your connections, you have to enter www.cardsharingserver.com, Connections history (check for rules violation) sub-menu.
2. Contact details are on the forum, not in the billing. E-mail to contact Moderator is available almost everywhere

3. To understand what happen, you have to complete your signature https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=24581.0
with full description of your login in the billing, subscription, your equipment (emulator, etc).
4. and finally, https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=9566.0
Nobody is interested in how long did your receiver worked and for how long were you absent... We need particular details.

Yesterday, everything was working fine for me and for other users.
Prove pls, show log-file, etc. How can I find the reason why anything was not working for you?
If the package is stopped for about 30 minutes, the whole forum would have been full of posts and messages on the issue.
However, everything was quiet and everybody enjoyed watching TV.
So, try to find a problem on your side.

Suma...I wasn't complaining... I was merely informing seabro, who was complaining, that there was an outage at approx the time he went online.
