I am writing this information in VIP-ALL because the channel Vivid is located on Astra1/19.2°e on the frequency 12.515GHz (same transponder as the Netherlands-channels SBS6, NET5, RTL4/5 or 7) and as Hustler TV the program is decoded by the SkyLink card of the cs-server :)
Don'nt know more about the channel and if it is a full time program - but looks like, its running now at 20:38cet

OK, so - is this a question or just statement on a new channel that runs without our interference?

note that when you attempt to switch the channel to Hustler TV CZ (subscription SL 23E) on 19,2°E @ freq.12 722/sr 23 500 I am sure you will get into trouble !
each time I tried to do so I nothing but got the message "Requests rejected - Channel not decoded" each single time
I suspect this may result into a warning message from the server at the minimum or even as much as into kind of access suspension - most likely all depending on how many attempts you committed.
any similar experience ?
any idea why is that ? - typically having a subscription of SL 23E should allow you to watch this channel (see http://www.skylink.sk/prakticke-informacie-a-kontakty/satelitne-prijimace#N%C3%A1vod%3A+Ako+naladi%C5%A5+programy)

Both Hustler channels work fine for me on 19.2....VIPALL sub...no violations recorded
