Hello,

I had a VPN connection set up on my receiver, now my package remains dark. VPN is not allowed? My account is locked? If that's the reason I remove the VPN.
I could not find on the website information about my account.

Hi,
This is a question to the Moderator. You may send him e-mail and ask is VPN is allowed and why your account was disabled.

You have to receive autoreply.
What do you mean by "who is moderator"? Moderator is moderator of the server and forum - the main person over here. I am his assistant (admin).

I received the answer that my mail is automatically deleted.
The address was "moderator@cardsharing.cc", it was not possible to send an email to the moderator.

Now my account is working again.
It was now a fault, or a problem with the VPN (Hide.io)?

OK, I tested again and card sharing doesn't work if an VPN client is running on the receiver.
I'll remove now the VPN Client.
