Hi

I currently have a SKY UK Subscription on my account, I have bought an additional box for another room.

How do I purchase the same SKY UK subscription for this additional box on my account?

Hi

I have now set up my second account but getting errors with my original account.

I use the MGCAMD on my SkyboxF3 and yet your logging site doesn't seem to be detecting this. I have used it for nearly 3 years without any problems so I'm not sure why I am getting this now? I have moved the box to a new location (a family members house) would this be the reason?

I have turned the box off for now as I don't want to get my account disabled. Error message below...

Can you suggest what I can do?

IMPORTANT! Connections using different emulators detected. Be sure that your login and password are used for the only receiver. Also be sure that your receiver runs the only emulator.
In case that several emulators are installed, only one of the emulators to have status "Running" with the run type "Auto"!

Hi,

1. You have original account using Skybox F3.
2. You have 2nd receiver (which one?) and 2nd account.
3. Take both boxes and connect them both at your home and compare results - which one is getting errors and which one is not. Don't afraid to be banned, ban is not given immediately and forever. You will get only notifications on errors you have. Investigate the problem (if any) and take respective decision. If your 2nd box with 2nd account is OK, leave it as it is. Then, the reason is in your 1st box (settings, configs, firmware, emulator, internet connection - whatever).
We allow users to have 2nd subscription (with different username and password), even 3rd, 4th, etc. But you have to check whether one of your receivers is good for this or not. If you think that one of your receivers interrupts normal work of the second one, change it (or reflash with the latest firmware, re-install emulator, etc.)
