Hi all
I find my self banned and the reason being "Cascading - an increased number of queries for decoding' delayed decoding. It is strictly prohibited to use delayed decoding for our server (telecast records decoding)". I wasn't trying to do anything other than watch one channel but I have had both cables from the LNB on the same dish plugged in to both of the two tuners on the receiver. Would this of been the cause of the problem?

Do you know what is this?
You can watch and record simultaneously the channels from one transponder.
To do the same for different channels, you need to have 2 cables from 2 different dishes (each cable per each tune

PS Support tuner A Loop through to B is NOT enabled.

I think, it's was clearly stated that 2 cables shall come from VARIOUS (DIFFERENT) dishes (read below). You still have 2 cables from 1 (the same) dish, don't you?

Thanks for the update. I did read the example but I miss-read it as 2 cables from one dish was ok and not as it should of been read, 2 cables from one dish is not acceptable. Any way, my bad! Lesson learned.

Now that I have identified my mistake, is it acceptable to register with a new user ID and replenish my Yandex account or is the ban per persona and not per account?
