One of my clienta bought nc+ hd before he was using cyfra and was working fine but ever since nc+ hd is configured he gets scrambled channels very often and he is not happy with that so he has asked me to change his package back to cyfra... Could you please help me sorting this problem.. Either fix nc+ hd pr change the subscription to the different one. Thanks for ur help in advance..

Yes, you have to contact Moderator and cancel your current subscription. The remaining money will be returned to your balance and you will be able to buy anything else.
