Hi, we are new at this.. we have had our 2 boxes for the last of months, but since 2 days ago, after paying our subscriptions, all we seem to get for the paying channels is "scrambled"...our account shows that the next payments are due in September, has anybody got any advice, we are in the uk. thank you :)
