After we see log-file, we would be able to tell something.
Some additional questions:
1. Is there an internet connection inside your receiver? Have you checked it? (Utube, etc.)
2. Have you checked ping to the server? (PC--> Start --? command line---> ping server name)
3. Do you use recommended config files from here https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=28088.0 ?
4. What is "B" value in your mg_cfg file?
Try again your settings (CWS lines) from the billing. Server changed.
Hi ok done everything you have said all fine just not opening anything ping working fine so can't work out why it don't working ok when i turned it off last night
Enter www.cardsharingserver.com, copy CWS line and paste it to your newcamd.list again. Restart emulator and try again. Moderator has changed server.

If your receiver is not set up properly, read https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?board=53.0 and install the firmware requirewd.
It is set up ok and the lines were working on Friday night when i turned the box off i have another line i just got form someone else just test the cam to see if it was that and that opened no problem so it must be something to do with the lines
Have you tried to change server via billing?
Anyway, without log-file, you will stay without answer.
Yes i have changed the server i am still trying to get the 3CSyslog to work but having no luck grrrr

Hi i was on vti 7.0.0 when it went off now i am blackhole 2.1.1 to see if that helped just i case my image had gone corrupt as there was a software update on Friday but it still won't work and i am still trying to get 3CSylog i am on windows 7

try MGcamd log viewer but i can't find a download do you now of one please
I have Win7 and 3CSyslog is working perfect. Tutorial was written based on Win7.
If you do not do it by yourself, ask anybody of your friends (neighbors) do adjust it.

I also think that your receiver cannot establish connection to the server.
Check firewall and router.
Would be better if you re-install image (flash) again and start from the very beginning, checking each parameter required.
Hi ok i have done a full re flash and still not working with those line's all test line's work
It is impossible that test is working and regular subscription is not.
Which channel(s) are you trying to open in particular?
Do you know that there are duplicated channels, that some channels are not included in the subscription?

07.08.2014 06.09.2014 This is the date of the Sky UK + ViewAsia + ZeeTV +BT Sport 28E 16.07.2014 15.08.2014 and this is the date for VIP Astra sorry no the test line's are from somewhere else so i could check the cam was working test line i got from here would not work ether For some reason it will just not connect to your server

Your problems started on Friday. We HAD NO problems since Friday. The problems started a couple of hours ago.
So, this is a problem of YOUR receiver, or internet connected, or whatever else.
We do not know why your receiver worked OK before Friday, and now it is OFF.
We are not magicians to foresee what happened to your receiver, or internet connection, or brains in your head, or whatever. You see?
Don't tell us that someone else gave you some lines and everything worked OK. We do not care about that "someone".
You have problems, and we tried to find out - where is it. We are not support forum of VU+solo, duo etc etc or alike receivers, we are sharing forum.
All users coming to us receive the settings, that's all. We recommended you re-install (reflash) image and start from the very beginning. We do not know - why your receiver cannot connect to our server. We are here, you are there. We have listed ALL POSSIBLE reasons. Sorry, guy, we have nothing more to say.
P.S. As I told you before, we checked your login and found out that there were NO attempts to connect our server from your receiver.
TRY AND CHANGE THE SERVER TO SERVER28 THAT ONE WORK NOW FOR SKYUK PACKAGE

FAIR enough if you want to be like that i was just saying all i want to now is why it is not connecting to your server but i can ping your server with no problem
If YOU can ping our server from the PC, ask YOUR receiver - why it does not want to connect our server. I have no idea- why. This is YOUR receiver, and you'd better know it. I suggested all possible ways- starting from reflash, checking internet connection inside receiver, firewall, etc etc.

You are still using blackhole 2.1.1, aren't you? I gave you the link where you can find and flash OTHER firmware. Have you tried it? We have 2 pages of discussion about nothing. If you insist on using blackhole 2.1.1, ok, this is your problem. Why don't try other firmware?
Servers SERVER258 and SERVER28 i don't have them or at least it don't say that on mine

Try to find out support forums of your receiver model and read all possible reasons for that glitch you have. I hope, you will find what you need.
Currently, DataCenter experiences some problems: server_xxx server_xxx and server_xxx cannot be accessed for certain countries. i can't change again this month but they are the one that are not working so i would not have been able to change anyway what next as that may be my problem

im having the same problems, can someone please look into this 3 subscriptions in differant houses 2 completely off (for days) 1 comes on for an hour then goes off, pinged the server thats fine, bought another subscription from other supplier that works straight away with no issues, other people look like there having the same problem using newcamd on f5s box, also have this working for weeks please help!!!!!
