since a few days iam using the service and i really like it - easy setup, everything works nice and stable. :)
except the sky atlantic channel, which stays dark. should be part of the sky film package. the rest works perfect.
do i have to change/ config something or is it a card problem?

Re: Sky Atlantic - the channel is not working because our card does not decode the channel. We do not know the reason why. Maybe, because an individual subscription must be purchased to this channel.

Sky Atlantic is included in Sky Germany package "Film" and no extra subscription is needed.
Maybe card or CI needs an update. Please look into it. Thank you.

I have already answered this question - the channel is not decoded by our card.
If you are watching Sky De only because of this channel, I would recommend you to find some other CS provider. Sorry.
P.S. We tried to update the card this time and last time, no luck. The most probable is that only NEW cards can open this channel, because provider will stop Betacrypt encryption this year. We have to wait until the card available is finished. We cannot disable it right now.
