to pay by LiqPAY your mobile phone must be O2 OR 3 UK, if it is orange or t mobile you will not get the text message so get one of those sim cards and it should work. BUT BIG WARNING YOUR CARD WILL MOST LIKELY BE BLOCKED and your bank will probably ring you just give them the ok. but just listen to what they say as I have had problems and once you do this you will not get your money back. trust is the key if you are feeling lucky. good luck. why do politicians have to make things so hard ;-)
