Hi,
I have registered and paid 2 days ago but still cannot watch the TV. I have subscribed to UPC direct. Testing was ok. I have read that yiu are adding new subscribers evry night. What else should i do to get this working? Any help is trully appreciated. Thank you

Visit News section of the billing and read what is there at the very bottom of the page.

I can't see what is used for sharing- receiver, emulator, etc.

Hello Suma.
Thank you very much for your response and advices.
I have completed my signature and added the addiditonal info to my Rastosomja profile.
unfortunatelly i cannot send you the log file as i don't have pc (using tablet).
Several yearz i was using a shared connection from another source and it was working well.
For some reason,the current settings i received after i paid one month subscription doesn't work.
FW is opened without any blocking rules.
Should i still be waiting to have my account being activated or you eventually suspect some problem at my side?

Hi,
Thank you for completing your signature. Now, more things get clearer.
Please read Hardware section of the forum https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?board=56.0
Maybe, you will find any solution over there.
Reasons are different, beginning from internet connection to the wrong settings etc.
If you will not find any solution in the Hardware section, you are still requested to provide log-file. Without log, it is not possible to determine  whether the problem is on your side or our side.

Hey Suma, it works! ;D
I have changed the server to the alternative one and it started working instantly.
Hopefully it is not so unstable as noted :)
