all channels say scrambled is the server down i have reset my router and turned my box off for 10 mins and all channels still say scrambled

I have the same problem all channels say scrambled I am using SKYBOX

I have Skybox F5. What Box Type number for ( 00 to 11 )should I use in mg_cfg? I changed to B (11) and it worked for 15 minutes but then dropped to scramble again
