Sorry, any particular channel or the whole package? What does "one program" means? When you tell about a channel- specify it, when you talk about the whole package - tell that the whole package does not work.

There is no connection from your side to the server. Check internet connection of your receiver.
But when I PING answer from server are ok. And internet connection is okay too
Can you check internet connection of your receiver? You checked PING from your PC, but there is no requests of your receiver to the server.
I PINGed from receiver not from PC (From receiver is ok and from pc too)
Enter www.cardsharingserver.com (billing), My subscription - and check the information available there. Then, compare this information to the information available in your receiver - server No., port No., your login and password. Are they the same?
