Hi,
I have just registered and started using your service. I have signed for the SKY UK + Extras, however some channels seem to be scrambled, but are on the channel listing. BoxNation is one of the channels, plus all the xxx channels are scrambled. Is this correct or do I need to change something my end?
Also, I think I should have connected to Dual login, but only selected single. Can I change this Mid subscription? I have read somewhere I can get a refund, but cannot find where to do this. I have suspended the subscription twice to try and do it but obviously only have 1 more for the rest of the month, so don't want to play about anymore.
