As soon as it is not sold separately, it means that the package comes without guarantee - may work some day and may not work. I cannot tell you about

The card is OK, decoding is OK, but the channel is not OK. Currently, there is no broadcasting of the channel, it is silent.

Check, what is the encryption used for these channels. I am not sure that they can be encoded with our Hello HD card. Maybe, the channels are included in some Czech packages, who knows. Of course, one and the same channel may have different encryption for different satellites.
As I told you above, the channel is not transmitted now, what can we do for you? This is provider issue, not ours.

Great! Provide the log-file, it will be easier to explain.
If you receive keys - it means that server is working and channels are decoded. If you receive the keys while having black screen - thgis is not server problem, this depends on the provider.
If you have something like this in your log-file: login xxxxx failed! or server xxxx can't decode..., it means that the problem on our side.
Please provide the log-file, we'll check it and analyze.

CWS_INCOMING_PORT is the line in your mg_cfg file

As was told many times, Hello HD is very unstable package and is not guaranteed.
We cannot support it as, say, SkyUK or SkyDe packages. It's a small package coming as a free bonus. Nobody will tell you- why this or that channel is not working in the package. It is almost not supported.

It is not included in Hello HD package, this is a third party channel and for it, additional subscription is required.
