My dream box as gone pop and i have ordered a new box for which i need Dual Login how can i add this to my subscription which i have suspended for now but with new box coming soon need to have dual login.
if i do not have dual login and only use one tuner is that ok or not

Until you have any subscription - valid or suspended, you will not be able to have dual-login. You need to wait until your current subscription is finished and buy a new one with dual-login.
Or, you may cancel the existing (suspended) subscription by sending e-mail to the Moderator (https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=11620.0) with your request to cancel your current subscription and refund with the remaining money to your balance. Then, buy a new subscription with dual-login.
