I've created accounts already for at least esens 15 people and there was no problemme, only now we have the problem. ask for the korektur the account of my friend. any IP starting with 192.168. is a local network IP within your private LAN behind a router but not an Internet IP address assigned by your provider.
You will see your internet IP when you open the link I posted before - and if your friend open the link in a webbrowser he will see his internet IP as well

Server 1 is not used any more, you need to urgently change server. Enter www.cardsharingserver.com, Servers section and select any server (DE is recommended). You need to replace server 1 in your receiver with a new server which you select in the billing. Then, restart receiver.

If you have the same settings and everything the same, then the reason is in your friend's internet connection. Does he have the same internet provider?
Firewall can be one of the reasons as well. Check it and disable, if necessary.

How do you know that account is blocked? Are you sure? If account is blocked, user cannot see no one channel and no one package. You tell about the problem with Polish channels. It does not mean that account is blocked.

The account is blocked because your friend (or YOU using his receiver) violated the rules of the server.

You were suggested to send e-mail to the Moderator. I am not Moderator to lock or unlock anybody's accounts. If the account was locked, your friend had to receive a notification by e-mail explaining WHY his account was locked.
