could you please change the service reference on espn hd the one you are sending out from your servers is 1_0_19_F01_7F0_2_11A0000_0_0_0 and works but the one we need is 1_0_19_C5F8_967_2_11A0000_0_0_0 because when you scan for channels for updates it puts 1_0_19_C5F8_967_2_11A0000_0_0_0 in the bouquets list.

We can only change SID of the channel if it was changed by operator.
Currently, SID of ESPN HD is 50680.

You can check it by standing on the channel, MENU---> Information ---> Service--->green button PIDs- and the last point in the list is SID.
If the SID i gave you is the same, so, it's OK and nothing can be changed further.
Hi thanks for your reply I have checked the Sid and it is 0x0f01 (3481d) for service 1_0_19_F01_7F0_2_11A0000_0_0_0 works fine
And for service 1_0_19_C5F8_967_2_11A0000_0_0_0 the Sid is 0xc5f8 (50680d) not working
We need 50680d working for uk because this is the Sid that gets scanned for updates and add to the channel list
