I have been unable to make a payment to renew my subscription for another year through any payment mothered error ever time I had code sent to my phone and put in to confirm and error at the end came up so unable to renew can you help with this or do I have to use another provider thanks Paul
If you don't want to contact support of the service you are using for payment, use other provider then
happy with the packages I had from you and didn't want to start with a new provider again but if I cant pay will have to leave as was easy last year to pay but after you put all my information in you end up with error
It would appear that at the moment there is a problem with Liqpay. When you reach the point to put your mobile no in to receive the sms with password no sms comes. I have communicated with Liqpay with their live help but they don't seem to be able to get to the route of the problem.
I should add that I have used this many times without problems so I know how to use it.

Good news. Problem with liqpay has now been fixed. Working perfectly again now. 8)
