Wow! Really? Where did you get Platforma n from? We do not offer this provider, only Polsat Cyfrowy and Cyfra+. If you mean the channels that were included into "N" earlier, they stopped working for everybody. Currently, new cards of NC+ package have been ordered and we are waiting for them to arrive. For information: Polsat Cyfrowy and Cyfra+ are on the way to merge, that is the reason why many channels stopped working.

Yes I am aware of the merger, I mentioned n because this is still listed in your subscription purchase list and I have payed until end of october?
Strange how all the payed channels have stopped working from last night, the free channels are still working.
I am satellite engineer so all equipment etc is checked and okay.
Have I lost the rest of the subscription I payed for n and will I need to purchase the cyfra + or polsat cyfrowy?

As I was just told by the Moderator, this is old Platforma N subscription. The cards were updated for the whole night and just start decoding. The package must work within the nearest hour.
