My setup: i have pc with windows 7, dvblink and acamd Plugin. I tried several Times different Test Lines for hd+ and sky hd germany. Channels were sky Cinema Ort VOX hd. I got allways the Message winsock error 10060 and i dont know why.

this winsock error is a timeout problem, no response from server
there is no one complaining about server unavailable and I can say that serv5 is working (you are not mentioning your server)
if you have the servername and port correctly configured and its still not working try to check if you can ping the server. If not you might be temporarily banned but in this case you should find a mail from cs-server telling you the reason for the ban. Perhaps check your spam mails, if you cannot find a mail in your inbox.
If you are not banned the problem might be caused by a firewall or some security applications. Programs like Norton Internet Security and ZoneAlarm might block internet access from unknown applications or none default ports
