Maybe from other CS server, but not from us. We never send settings via e-mail.
Please log-in to the billing (www.cardsharingserver.com) and select "My subscription(s)" from menu to the left. There, you will see your settings.
It would be a good idea that you read the forum (description of the billing system, in particular) and get familiar to the details - how to.

Well, believe me please - for more than 6 years of our existance, we never sent and are never sending settings to our clients via e-mail. Most probably, that you are confusing our server with some other server. All payments and all CS information is implemented through and kept in the billing.
