Hi Forum members,
I have configured my UV+ DUO v2 receiver, which uses VIX 3.0, Mgcamd and the configuration files supplied on the forum.
I used the trial and registered in the billing section. I have been billed for a dual login, but this is not available with the subscription.
How do I prevent the receiver from attempting to login to the server multiple times? (I do not want to be banned when I setup the subscription this evening?)
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Hi,
When registering in the billing, you had to see and mark (or not mark) the following:
Did you read and agreed with what is written there? Or you just mark the point automatically without knowing what is dual-login and reading the forum and price list in the billing?
Now, you have to send e-mail to Moderator with request to cancel your dual-login, the remaining money will be returned to your balance.
Moderator e-mail is available on the forum. Please use Search window in the right upper corner.
regards
Hi Suma,
Thank you for your response. I did in fact make a mistake with the billing section and selected dual login because I wanted the ability to record from the other tuner, instead of the same transponder and use PIP, but didn't notice that it wasn't available in the billing. I will email the moderator.
My main concern was how I could stop the receiver from attempting to login to the Server Multiple times?
When I add the CWS line then will the receiver automatically try and login to the server more then once or should I remove the feed to the 2nd tuner?
Thanks
Matt

You will fail because Android smatrphone is not a tuner or receiver and cannot decode the encrypted channels, only streaming the channel which is already decoded by receiver. The same channel.
