Same problem like last time. Open any channel, all seems fine for the first minute and then it gets stuck.
It seems that server is too slow again like last time. I am on server2. Can you please fix it?
Perhaps I was wrong about any channel. Sports 1 HD isn't working.
Where is your signature, log?
Never mind. It seems to be fixed already.
Cheers!

6om6a, you are not asked how much money is there in your purse. You were requested to complete your profile and make signature. Without this, your further questions will be left without answer. You know.
Suma,
I have completed my signature just now. I hope it helps, but honestly I doubt.
I have _three_ subscriptions, and usually they work fine. Deutschland HD and Sky Deutschland are working flawlessly since I subscribed one year ago. Sky UK is giving you and us, users, hard time. But I don't see how my signature will help you. And miraculously problem was gone after I reported it without signature. Anyway, thanks for quick response.
Just for future: any time when you need assistance, please specify particular case (equipment) used. We cannot forsee which of your subscription or which of your equipment does not work at the time. That is why we ask everybody to specify his equipment (receiver or DVB card, protocol, subscription, etc) in the signature. Otherwise, we'll need to ask you and you will need to mention it every time when you have a problem.
Thank you
This happens again on the same channel! Sports HD1. Works for few minutes and then gets stuck. After stop and Play again, works for another few minutes. Server is not reliable!!!!
Here is the log from Acamd. This one at least tells something. The log from CSC is not showing anything usefull. Let me know if still need CSC log.

I suspect this correlates with the popularity of the event. MU vs Chelsea. Right after the game situation improved.
No problem here
There are many subscribers to SKY UK package and they don't report about any problem. I'm now watching Sports1 HD channel about 20 minutes without any problem.
Oh c'mon :-) sure now all is fine. You should have commented when game was on. Now this channel is not watched by anyone.
Checking one hour later and pretend there is nothing wrong is very smart. Yes now all is fine from my side too which proves my point if you can follow me.
I have provided the log and instead of looking at it you pretend all was fine?
I often have issues with sports 1 HD of such kind. At the same time I tried other channels from sky and they worked, so "many subscribers" is not an argument here. There was same issue last year and at the end it was problem on your side.
6om6a, try to switch server. As I see you are using srv-2, which located in UA - maybe there is a bad trace from your location. Try to switch it to DE-serv.
Have a nice day!

6om6a, I told you last time, I tell you now - HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT YOUR ACAMD PLUGIN IS WORKIGN CORRECT? ARE YOU SURE? ARE YOU ALSO SURE THAT IT IS ADJUSTED PROPERLY?
TechGuy checked and found NO problem, xtruex checked and found NO problem. What a story are you telling about? last year or the year before, problems were technical or some other. Why are you telling about 2-3-year-ago events?
Moreover, please look at the forum. NOBODY confirmed your problem. Do you see that you were the only user having problems? You are not the only subscriber to this package, and I am sure, those who watched those matches - had no problems. Otherwise, they would have been responding you on the forum - agreed or disagreed. But you see - it was silence. So... think of your plugins and emulators used. And read the advices on the forum - if you have any problems, and nobody else is talking about them too - 100% the problem is on your side. Agree?
Once again. The problem is not regular and happens from to time.
It is POINTLESS to check few hours after the problem report.
Yes I am sure that my plugin works. It works for three subscribtions: sky Deutschland, Deutschland HD and Sky UK. Did you see any message from me about first two? No, you did not! Because there are no problems. Sky UK have problems. I am not talking about issues "two or three years ago": http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=30412.0. About plugin: I usually use CSC plugin, and gave you acamd log because it gives more info than CSC. You ask to provide logs, but you don't look at them. Why? Because nobody else complained? Or because I made this log myself?
Sorry but I don't see any logic in your answer.
By the way, today is football again. So far so good. Perhaps because it is not so important game. Did I change something? No I use the same setup as last year. So is problem on my side? I doubt.
P.S. how about interpreting the log? Any useful info there?

Specify the time when this event is broadcasted and channel (package) and we'll check. I will notify the Moderator and he (or any of other admins who has this satellite will stand on the channel and track the problem, if any.
If problem is related to popularity of the event, then the next really big event is Champions league final Dortmund - Bayern: 25/05/2013 20:45 CET. I can remind you to watch it closely in this topic.
OK, thank you
OK right now sports 1 HD, Chelsea Tottenham. It is no it so bad, but I had to stop/start already twice.
It is still OK, but once in 10-15min picture falls apart or get stuck. I hope you read this before game is over....
Hmmm...it did not reoccur since my last message... I guess it is not bad enough today to debug it...
Unfortunately, I did not read your message at the time when you wrote it (time difference). According to your last message on time-schedule, we will wait until Dortmund - Bayern: 25/05/2013 20:45 CET. Please understand that we cannot stand and check all channels all the time (24 hours). In the thread, you are the only user who experience some problems. Why other users keep silence? Only you. We are not going to adjust server for your acamd plugin, understand it. We have rules - CSC must be used. All the remaining problems are yours. You have to follow our rules or ignore them - this is up to you.
Check other CS servers, maybe you will find something better.
P.P.S. Read here http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=25730.0
If it does not help you, you need to look for something better. This is my final answer to you.
I do use CSC plugin. The acamd was activated to collect logs because CSC logs are very cryptic and not obvious.
And behaviour is identical when using CSC and acamd. So this is not the point. ... I am not asking to adjust server for me. I don't understand where did you get this idea from.
So, i don't understand what do you want from us, then? All descriptions including settings, etc. are available on the forum.
Do you see any posts from other users regarding YOUR problem? I don't.
If YOU can't adjust your DVB card by yourself, what do you want from us? To adjust it? Sorry, guy, we are not manufacturers of your model of the card and, moreover, are not developers of the software you use.
In this case, you need at address support forums of the corresponding topics.

Particular this event might not be the best to measure problems of the server, because the football match will be available for all SkyDE customers. I dont kow how Sky Germany will make this one time event available even to none-sports subscribers but somehow Sky will find a technical solution to decode this match for every subscriber regardles of the booked packages.
Suma I really don't understand your frustration. I though I was more than clear. My setup is a working setup. I have three subscriptions for fuck sake! And I only have problems occasionally with sky uk. You are absolutely right nobody complains but look how many people watch this thread! May be things are not that obvious?
Why are you blaming my card now? This is absolutely irrational. My card is fine, and so my settings are.
Jogi, do you have the same issue from time to time?
I do appear to be having issues with sky on server2 and server5. I posted a new thread for my issues.
Suma, I am looking forward to your answer now. Apparently I am not alone! :)
6om6a, a few days ago, you were adviced to switch (change) the server.
Quote from: TechGuy on 06 May 2013, 00:04:07
6om6a, try to switch server. As I see you are using srv-2, which located in UA - maybe there is a bad trace from your location. Try to switch it to DE-serv.
If you are sure that problem is in server, just change it.
As for SkyUK channels, have you read about duplicated channels and the SIDs allowed? Check it when you experience any problems.
I have steady 50 msec reply time on server 2 . OK it is only 20 on server5 but I am sure this is not not going to help. Look at ricksat post! He is on server5 and it is not any better.I am watching ping and during this glitches ping remain steady, no packets lost or whatsoever.
And yes I am aware of duplicated channels.
And again, I would have problems with all subscriptions if this would be server related. My sky de and Deutschland HD work fine.
By the way today despite short picture breakups I did not have such severe freezes as few days ago. It is quite watchable, although not perfect.
I need to know what is your response time for SkyUK during freezes and glitches
50msec constant +/-3. No it is no it my internet, nor the trace to the server if you are about ping response time.
Or you are talking about server's DCW updates? When picture gets stuck DCW comes later than after 8 sec. When all normal I get DCW update every 8sec approximately
Look at the log that I have provided earlier. You can see it there.

I have a feeling that you are trying to hook us. Why?
Please read PM. Hope, it will be clear.

What is SID of the channel you are watching?
Sid 0f01
I am not trying to hook anyone. Last few weeks sky UK has this problem from time to time. It was working perfectly for quite some time. I am just trying to bring it to your attention. If you prefer to communicate via PM, I don't mind. Just let me know.
How do I get this response time? I don't seem to find it in the log....

Typically, it is written after successful response from the server

CSC does not provide such info but you can figure it out from the timestamps in the log I guess.
I am not a big specialist in this log and asked your assistance to interpret it.
F1 HD is spotless today and so Sports 1 HD! I am wondering if anything was done to improve the situation. If so thank you very much! Otherwise it is a lucky day only :-)
We checked Sky Sports 1 HD - found no problems
We don't see Sky Sports F1 HD, unfortunately, and cannot check
Suma,
I did not complaint in my previous message :-) I am saying that yesterday I did not have any issues with Sky UK! I did not have any problem at all!
And I was wondering if anything was done to improve the situation? If you guys finally found and understood what the problem was than it is very good news! Otherwise it may happen again.
No, yesterday, nobody did nothing.
Hmmm... I did not do anything on my side neither but it is rock solid second day already! Not a single glitch!
That is shame that nobody can take credit for that .... I hope it is going to stay like that for a long time.
The problem is back :-\ after almost flawless service during two weeks!
I cannot say it is unwatchable, but yesterday and today I had few hiccups already. The DCW updates are coming late sometimes and then picture freezes or falls apart until next update. I already changed server as was suggested to the one that is closer to me (20ms ping reply time instead of 50ms with the old server) But it does not make any difference.
Any idea what is going on?
List the channels which are freezing for you, we'll check, and specify server No. For future, if any channel is freezing- name it (describing frequency, etc and showing log-file). Or shall we check ALL channels in the package one by one?

Can anyone else confirm freezes on SkyUK?
Suma,
The problem is not permanent. And it is very tricky to catch.... For instance I did not have any hiccups since I wrote my last message. What should I pay attention on when this happens? I already provided the logs but I never heard back from you regarding the analysis of these logs. Can it be due to some intermittent traffic contentions on the path between me and server? Whenever I check the ping it looks good, but may be sometimes there are some spikes that come and go from time to time?
From your previous log dated May 11, 2013, i don't see any problem. There is nothing to analyze. I ask you to provide log when you have problem. Today, you have not provided any log. What shall i analyze?
Moreover, there is no other posts except of yours. I asked other users to confirm if the problem exists. Nothing. Silence.
I think, you have local problems (either internet provider, or internet connection in some intermediate points (again, ask your provider), or DVB card installed inside PC or via USB, or whatever)

I watched Sky UK on sunday for several hours, different SD and HD channels: no problem, works fine
