I subscribed to Viasat Baltic today so I could receive the Premier League TV football channels which you list as part of the package here http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/viasat.html
Viasat Premier League HD
TV 2 Premier League 1, 2 and 3
These are the only channels I singed up for but they are all scrambled :( but you listed them as part of the package, When you gave me a test line you only gave me access to 1 channel so I had no way of knowing the Premier league Channels were not available. Can I get a refund so I can subscribe to another package instead.

For a test line, you are provided with only 1 free channel. If you take 3-day test, it is paid and you can check the content of the package offerred.

But what about 11958 H 27500 3/4 - ETV (estonia) and 12245 V 27500 FEC 3/4 - Kanal 2 (estonia), they will not open, other estonian channels are ok (ETV2, TV3 estonia, TV6 estonia, Kanal 11).

you should mark it in the purchase section that only latvian channels are provided and others are bonus. There might be misunderstanding with "viasat baltic" but only latvian channels are guaranteed.
