Came home today to find my receiver does not appear to be receiving any of the scrambled channels? Subscription recently extended so no other reasons why it wouldn't be working?

So why am I unable to see any channels?

I haven't been home all day, this morning i was watching Sky News with no problem. Tonight, NOTHING.

How do I check whether there is an issue with my account please?
