Hello,

like always i have subscripted Sky for 3 Months, but it wont work. All Channels are black.

The Keys are written in the usr/keys Folder. Is there a problem with the Server ?

Edit : Ok i have tested the "free test", this is on Server 2, here is everthing fine and the Channel is playing. My question again , ist there is anything wrong with my subscription or with the Server 3 ?

Is it actual problem? I see successful requests from the user "Acne" on server3.

is it your username "Acne" ?

Now i have changed to Server2 , it still wont work. Only the "free Test" channel works just fine...

Where is the problem ?

In the morning we had a problem with the activation of new subscriptions.

The problem has been fixed at 9 am, but some users had difficulties during the day. Now the issue is resolved completely.
