Hello, my subscription of my account (brano03) should end on 14.1. (today) so I have already prolonged my subscription to next 3 months on yesterday (13.1.) so it was on time and should be ok. Today I have received warning for violation and it is not working, you have banned me. But I did everything on time and I have never done something against the rules. Please solve my problem. Thanks!

I am connected to two ports, XXX30 (dont know exactly) and XXX32.. But I noticed that you changed ports and there is only one port XXX32, can be problem there? Should i disconnect from the second port?
Probably you have changed the settings
Before prolongation of the package, you had to be sure that everything was the same in the billing, without changes. You know that SkyLink, CS Link make some modification with cards and that was a probable reason of your ban.
Now, delete the port which is not required, and leave only the one used for your subscription. Restart emulator and wait until your ban is finished and continue watching!
I also got info that my IP is banned but i have got two mesages see below that my subscription ended 14.1 an the second one that my subscription will end on 21.1.2013. And according yo my account subscription is valid till 21.1.2013.
What can I do? I sent message to alex3 with no repsonse.
I am disappointed and confused with this service.

Hello, I am not sure weather I contact correct person. But here is my problem:

- first one , that you have disabeled my IP as my subscribtion ended on 14.1.
- second one that my subscription ends on 21.1.2013
see the notifications below
According to my account I have valid subscription till 21.1.2013.
Could you explain the situation? Probably it is mistake in your system and you have to correct it and provide me access to your service.

So, when did you purchase your subscription? And which sibscription it was?
Moreover, if you registered on the forum only yesterday, how it is possible that you are disappointed with our service to the moment? Have you tested it? Did you ever read the forum? Or you just registered in the billing, purchased something without reading news, etc. (even a word!) and now you are expressing your disappointment?
