i dont know what i have to do with the "1/1000/1000" setting.

You need to configure cardclient.conf file:

newcamd:0.0.0.0:1234:0/0500/ffff:username:password:0102030405060708091011121314

0.0.0.0 - IP address of the server
1234 - port, see it in the billing
username - your login
password - your password
0102030405060708091011121314- DesKey (only for newcamd protocol)
