Title: Problems with liqpay
Post by: mis on 18 December 2012, 17:19:10
Hey,

Just checked out the test server - looks great (better than my current)

Tried to sign up for a month, and both interkassa and onpay.ru redirect to liqpay.com - which just returns '501 Not Implemented' ... any service that doesn't use liqpay as they seem totally broken from here (I'm in Malta Europe on an unfiltered Fibre connection, so shouldn't be anything with the ISP that is blocking it.)

Regards,

Michelle

Hi,
You have to register (1) to liqpay, as interkassa and onpay.ru use liqpay. If you succeed in liqpay, don't worry- interkassa or onpay will accept your payment.
No other way out, sorry.

I get the same "501 Method Not Implemented".. I'm guessing they must be blocking this country.

Try from other computer with Windows preinstalled. There is no other way out.

I have 24 computers currently online here (mostly servers) and none of them run windows. (FreeBSD, Linux or Mac)

I would be surprised (and concerned - about embedded exploits) if liqpay only worked with Windows hosted OSs.

I guess I'll just have to stay with GoodCam, thanks for your time, and sorry payment is so limited.

Michelle

I have now had two cards replaced by my banks, due to making payments via OnPay.ru and LiqPay
Both banks have told me that the system is automatic and it sees payment to these two servers as fraudulent. They informed me that due to the HIGH number of fake transactions All payments to the RU may be stopped by there automatic systems and the payment card cancelled and a new one issued.

I have been a customer and re seller for many years, but now I can no longer deposit any funds. Up Until Onpay changed there system I had no problems but as they now direct you to LiqPay when you select card payment this alerts the bank.

Is there any other way to make a card payment for people in the UK?

Its not just one bank this is two different banks that have stopped cards and told me the same thing. (RBS,HSBC)

*********************UPDATE********************

British banks are stopping most transactions over the internet that go to a RU web money site like Liqpay , Onpay.Ru. and INTERKASSA.... so this site is going to soon lose ALL its customers that have British Bank accounts and/or Credit cards, Unless then can come up with a fix soon.

As for Ukash this is a rip off they will only give 1.05USD for every 1.00GBP this makes the payment cost a lot more. They replied to my email saying that I had to email my voucher number back and they would do the rest at a cost!!!!!! that being as I have said 1.05USD for ever 1.00GBP I send.

Come on Get a payment site sorted for your British customers that works.....

Here in Romania I get  the same error when trying to access liqpay:  501 Not Implemented. This happens not only on Chrome but also in IE and Mozilla. I get this error when I try to refund from my account and also when I try to access liqpay dirrectly from the adress bar or from google.com.
What other payment posibilities do we have with credit cards? OnPay that worked till december now can be used only with russian banks.
You should try to find a sollution or you will lose all non russian subscribers.

Use UKash, this is the only alternative
