now it is working again but the new "3+" on 19° is not working. That channel is connected with SRG cards ...

We share SRG from 13E, not from 19. Never heard of such channel before.

We have a special topic for New channels (packages) to add. Post everything you know about the channel: Satellite, frequency, SID etc. You have to know. Yet, the channel just appeared. We have no idea of the channel as we never head the official news on it.

There is no SID filtration for SRG package. So, if the channel does not work- we can do nothing with this. By default, it must work as soon as it officially has started broadcasting.
