Should users with Polsat Cyfrowy package have in priority.list entry: 

# Polsat Cyfrowy+ 13E
N: { 18 03 }

perhaps it is not necessery any more? I ask because it was before...

If Polsat is working without ignore and priority lists, don't use them at all
