I understand that you need to maintain your servers from time to time, but you may want to consider moving the maintenance window from 2 AM to 4 AM or later, as 2 AM in moscow is 10 PM in the UK :)

It is the end of the month, and anything may happen. Typically, we update cards, etc. in order to stabilize the work of all packages. Currently, we are improving the work of SkyUK and SkyItalia. This is for you, not for us. I think, better to be patient for 1-2-3 hours once than suffer from permanent freezes or picture stops during the rest time. Or I am not right? If you are a new user, i am just informing you on our so-called schedule of regular maintenance. Finally, it depends on provider. We are just trying "to match" providers. So, when it is better to take maintenance or profilactics - i think, Moderator knows better.

HD channels still keep freezing intermittenly.
This package was working perfectly fine over a month ago for a long period of time. Also what happened to the Dave HD channel?
I hope this can be sorted out.

I have been with you now for over two years, normally i only seem to have one or two problems throughout a year. Have you changed something in this package as it doesn't seem that stable as it was over a month ago.
To be honest, i have not had a problem for maybe six months + until the last few weeks.
Look at the posts and the reasons for freezing BEFORE you first post as of today.

Today is December 22, and no other posts except of yours. No problem on any server. Check your internet connection. I think, the reason for your freezes is internet.

I had no time during the week to watch TV but I also noticed some freezers on several channels this morning and Dave HD still unavailable (timeouts), but at least it seems to be solved since ~3pm (cet) for most (all) channels. Watched 8Miles (Modern Greatest HD) and The Help (DramaRomance HD) right now: not any interruption at all.
Response times are still a little bid higher (around 100ms) than "before the great interruption 2 or 3 weeks ago" *g* but as long as its not freezing (answers faster than 600-650ms while server ping shows response times of ~58ms for me at the moment) there is no need to complain from my site :-))

Hi, I think, you must post at Protek receiver topics (http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?board=59.0), as this is not the problem of server that you have freezes, but the problem of your receiver or internet connection. Also, I think that you need to look for a newer firmware as the one installed in your receiver seems old enough.
