I purchased this package yesterday and today i have inserted the line to my newcamd.list and reloaded all lines on my Dreambox. But I got black screen on all channels in the package. All other packages are working fine as always.

Is the package not working or have I missed anything?

The package is not stable, we are trying to fix it. I cannot tell you exact date when it is fixed, that is why we informed the users on technical problems. You will see the announcement when the package is back in News and Announcements section.

I suggest that you freeze your JSC subscription (if you have individual subscription), until the Moderator comes back from his vacations. Approximate date is January 26-27, 2013.

Bought the VIP package on a freinds account and he can't access sky italia packages. Hes been using sky uk for a while and we have updated the mgcamd config to include the new lines and ensured its not blocked in ignore list, any ideas.  Everything else seems to be working

JSC and sky italia aren't working on your server for us, but work on another server so the channels we're using seem okay and the settings we have are okay. are there problems with these packages at the moment?

There is no problem with SkyItalia - i am watching it now. Which channels from SkyItalia do not work for your? Any particular channels or the whole package?

No paid channels on sky italia work (fta works), switching to our previous card server the paid channels work.

I guess that means its working from what you can see then.

Unplug your receiver, wait for 10-15 sec, then plug it again. Try again.
Who knows what may happen to your skyboxes?

Will try that now. Just a thought, the package was ordered today,  we waited for the next hour to connect.. do we have to wait until 6AM as one page says you have to wait til 6AM and anothe page says you can use at the next hour and that the first day

If you just registered and bought the package(s), must work within the nearest hour. If you are old user(s) and already had any subscriptions before, you have to wait until 6 AM tomorrow
