hi i think i have met all the signature demands if i missed any please inform, i am unable to clear channels, i have ran a log program and i seem to be recieving keys every 6 sec or so and there are no errors as far as i can tell but the screen just wont clear, on some i get sound but thats it, only installed today and im very new to this but i do have a friend who has had this running at his home for years however we cant understand why it doesnt work on mine, this is the reason i didnt test as i thought my friend would get it to work since he has this already, appologies if i should not have.

I think, you should consult your friend and learn how he has set up his device.
Thanks, its working now, turned out to be a corrupt vix image, reflashed by my friend and it is now working great.
